High School (AGES 13-18)

Our high school program is designed to improve performance and give athletes and teams the tools necessary to excel at their sport. We can design a tailored program that will target areas that are often overlooked.

Each training program addresses the following areas: movement preparation, torso strength, speed, agility, power, strength, flexibility, and conditioning. After assessing your current training condition, we will design a sport specific program to improve your athletic performance based on the assessment results, your sport, and your training goals.
