Assessments & Performance Testing
We will determine your baseline performance through fitness tests at the start of the program.
The fitness test results will be measured to create the most specific and comprehensive training program for each player to maximize training effectiveness, while take into account sport specific performance essential trainings.
Post Program Plan
All players will take-home custom workouts, recovery sessions, nutrition education, mindset training & more.
6 weeks off-season and summer Program. 2 or 3 times a week Flexible schedule with morning and evening options during the week. Different times for athletes age (10-13) and (14-18)
